Too much sugar
And not eating veggies.
LDL (small dense), the bad kind—are made when you have high sugar and high fat intake.
Eating cholesterol virtually has no effect on your body’s LDL levels.
While stress has a huge impact!
Stress releases endotoxins.
And your body releases cholesterols to soak up the endotoxins.
People don’t realize what you eat impacts your body significantly.
Being overweight is never good.
It increases your risk for every chronic disease.
And it will lower your lifespan.
If you’re eating sugar, eat alongside fiber.

And avoid eating sugar and saturated fat—at the same time.
