But you cannot out exercise your mouth, it's just isn't possible.
Aerobic exercises after a certain point, becomes a waste of your time. Your time is limited—use it wisely each day.
Better to have restricted diet—than to use extreme cardio—to lose weight. Cardio, in addition to restricted diet—is great.
The worst place to eat healthy is a vegan restaurant.
They just put a ton of sugar/salt/fat on top of plants...similar to mea. As meat is the delivery system for all the sauces (calories).
